why "root" your android?

Here's an article of an iphone>android user sharing his feeling on what is "rooting". What he talking bout on the talkandroid website is kinda true... Its all up to you. I felt the same when i do my rooting. The different part is that i migrate from winmo to android and he's from iphone to android.
