This phone was rumored since last July and now is making it way to Japan. The J is scheduled to attack japan somewhere on December this year. But i cant say if there's a international version or not. No info has been updated yet. so we have to wait and see. While The name is not so easy to pronounce, i guess it would sound like BUTTERFRY or maybe BUTHOFRI. i wonder why they choose the butterfly name but the "J" letter would probably meant for Japan.
It is the first HTC's phone to pack a 5" Super LCD 3 technology with a FULL HD 1080p resolution. The pixel density is very sharp, at 440 ppi. The size and weight is not far from HTC One X.
The J-POP phone will be powered by a Quad-Core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with a 2GB ram and 16GB internal storage (support SD extention). its also has a 8MP back camera and a 2.1MP 3G camera.
Its a waterproof device, preinstalled Jelly Bean and the battery was said at 2,020mAh. A lot of reviewers was questioning the down powered battery to last all day with some battery squeezer hardware built.
Well we have to wait to actually see how the final product is. Sure there would be on youtube as well.
