Friends of mine email me this product yesterday. Its kinda like a smartband (Well, it has all the function a smartband should have) so that’s make it a smartband right??.
The BTLinker is almost the same as other fitness companions out there that offer the ability to track heartbeat, calories burned and track your position.
Currently there are only 2 version of it, the BTLinker T003 & BTLinker T005. I think u can guess why it’s called a BTLinker. For what I understand (predicted) that the device connect to your mobile by Bluetooth and not wifi or NFC. So if u have purchase this product and know how its actually operate and sync with your mobile, PLEASE INFORM ME. I really appreciate it.
I know, why talk about it if you’re not sure. Well I find it as a very attractive device. especially the pricing. Its crazy cheap.
The BTLinker T003 is priced at around $30 while the BTLinker T005 is a bit expensive.
For this post I will cover about the BTLinker T003.
In the specification sheet the BTLinker T003 is a very small and cute device. weight only at 22gram with a measurement of;
thickness x diameter x width: 0.2inch x 1.2inch x 0.5inch
The Smartband requires Bluetooth 4.0 and android 4.3 or later to operate. Good news is it also support Iphone (Iphone 4S and above).
Nothing in the specification mentioned any resistant to water or dust.
it doesn’t tell it has a processor or not but it has a removable battery which can only be open with a battery opening tool provided in the package.

To sync the band with your phone, you need to download an application from googleplay https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xinruizhi.btlinker&hl=en
for android devices and the appstore for IOS. The app is free for download so no additional cost accure.
The application will be an interface for you for synchronization, setup or review your data (sound familiar huh?)
Since it not a color screened so I think it will have a pretty average battery life?

The main features are really attractive.

Year ago people really look down to china product but nowadays. Their innovation is beyond my expectation. Every company is trying to make a different by copying and enhancing the main player product. Its good actually. Nobody is really has the grip as leading market.
